Connecting your accounts is easy! Simply click the "Connect Account" button in your dashboard, and you'll be redirected to authorize Huffera to access your Instagram or Facebook account. We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, so we never see your passwords.
Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram and Facebook accounts to your SocialScheduler account. Our Professional and Enterprise plans allow you to manage up to 25 accounts (Professional) or unlimited accounts (Enterprise).
We support all major image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI). Images can be up to 10MB and videos up to 100MB. We automatically optimize your media for each platform's requirements.
Yes! SocialScheduler is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. We also offer native mobile apps for iOS and Android, available for download in the App Store and Google Play Store.
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all features until then.
