Huffera is a social media management platform that allows users to:

3. User Accounts

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.3 Free Trial
We may offer free trials for new users. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialScheduler Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
